Hey everyone! It’s been awhile since Sho-Rant had a new episode, but episode 6 should be up now. You can subscribe on Itunes, or if you just want to stream it, listen over on the player on the Sho-Rant page. The show still has alot of work, but I feel like we’re improving and I hope you agree, because recording is a bunch of fun (and sometimes a little crazy). Hey guys! I wanted to give a super big apology for not updating in so long. I’ve been having some computer issues, lots of stress from school, and unfortunately, I lost a really awesome interview Itsuma and I did for Sho-Rant. So all in all, not alot of luck. I will be busy again this weekend, but I will work hard and make sure there’s at least SOME kind of update in the near future.
According to Moon-Chase blogspot (link below), the rumors that have been circulating for awhile about a Sailor Moon re-dub are all but true, but by an Italian company “Backstage”. If you visit the blog you can read lots of information such as press releases, but what I am personally still confused about it is wheter this re-dub is only going to to be in European languages or if English will be featured as well. So I’m trying not to get too excited…but it’s hard not to be! I love the series and it would be fun to enjoy it with new voices (although it might take a little adjusting to they switched the voices around a lot anyway), and hopefully this means we can see some of the episodes we didn’t get to see before…I wonder if they will be doing the last season? Also we’re seeing new pictures released, and I’m sure the quality of episodes will be improved. Well even with all these questions this is still some awesome news and I personally can’t wait to hear more…will be reporting things as quickly as I can! I’ll be sure to rant about this on the next episode of Sho-Rant…which may annoy Itsuma but you know….^.^

If you are a hard-core Haruhi fan you have probably heard of, if not seen, the Melancholy of Haruh Suzumiya-chan web shorts. But if you haven’t you should search for them on youtube, they’re little shorts where we get to see our favorite characrs in chibi form and I find them quite funny. Well today I learned they were based off a manga, which has been licensed by Yen Press! The respective date for now is October, quite a wait, but still fun news considering the movie comes out in a couple days. The Haruhi fandom seems to just grow and grow!

You may or may not know (but you probably do) , that the Haruhi movie hits Japanese theateres Feburary 6. Since I, your friendly neighborhood admin is a HUGE fan, I decided to make some Haruhi graphics in honor the film. In addition, I will be sure to post a detailed review on the review blog, and maybe even try to get Itsuma to watch it so we can discuss it on Sho-Rant? One can dream.
